A stunning salt chlorinated pool, best for asthmatics – heated to 28oC in Winter – never more than eight people around this one. Lit at night, in and around, so if you feel like a dip after dark, why not just do so – and enjoy it.

We provide a plentiful supply of loungers, chairs and towels from our Towel Tree – so you can help yourself to a beach towel when it's convenient to you. You're also right next door to the well stocked bar if you need some cooling refreshment.

Our comfortable lounge has a varied selection of reading matter to suit most tastes, from novels or magazines such as Get Away to books such as Canine Steps! (Come and stay to find out what that one is about. Alternatively my Great, Great Grand Father's diary as an undergraduate at Cambridge, 1860 – 61 or simply the humour of Gary Larsen and the Far Side cartoons. For your use, we also have a selection of DVD's, as well as cards and games.

Our bar (know locally as The Dog Inn!) offers the perfect place in which to relax after a hard day on the beach or around the golf course, with a pretty good choice of local beers and of course wonderful award winning South African wines - of all shades

Alternatively feel free to wander the garden, maybe spot one of our signature birds, the Sunbird. If you're here long enough – a week or so, maybe we can enjoy a braai together.

You're drying after your bath, shower or early morning swim, looking forward to the aroma of the fresh coffee, croissants warming, muffins freshly baked or bacon wafting through the air, you've just got to enjoy the best meal at the start of the day, whilst listening to the surf and looking out over the pool, then the bush and to the sea barely 150 metres away.

In addition to breakfast they can provide lunches around the pool, snacks and refreshment through the day for business meetings. Then in the evening, choose from the two excellent local restaurants, dinner at the Wild Coast casino or you can maybe have a braai or a lovely dinner around their elegant modern glass dining table. You can decide the content of what you want or require for that special occasion.
